In the second half of June of the current year RC "Lviv-Ratusha" remitted the means in the amount of $1000 to the RC Sakai-East (Japan) to overcome the consequences of terrible earthquake and tsunami which caused disastrous ruin and victims among Japanese people. The suggested help was done in the frame of personal contacts between our clubs which started in 2009.
Japanese Rotarians officially gave the cheque with the mentioned sum to the mayor of Sakai-City who will direct the means to the funds for the restoration of the suffered part of the country.
